Construction on Residence F, the highly anticipated fourth building in the Summit Collection, is officially moving forward. As of August 28th, our team has begun pouring concrete foundations on-site — a major construction milestone for this exclusive collection of luxury mountain residences in Canmore, Alberta.
With formwork and reinforcement steel in place, the concrete pump is now in full operation, and the crew is working efficiently to advance the build. Mountain construction timelines are shaped by the seasons, and with September weather approaching and Canmore’s winter conditions not far behind, the team is focused on maximizing progress while conditions remain favourable.
This concrete pour marks an important step toward bringing Residence F’s 8 exclusive residences to life — each offering the chance to personalize floor plans and finishes while securing a pre-construction home with spectacular Three Sisters mountain views.
